Key takeaways
- Your tier comes from your plot’s district level, not your house. The level 2 Land Plot Title costs 200,000 to research and 800,000 to buy. Level 3 costs 1,000,000 and 2,000,000.
- You can’t skip Tier 2. The level 3 title needs Tier 2 before you can research or buy it. All three titles cost 4,150,000 cash together, before rent.
- The Small House needs Tier 2: 200,000 to research after the Trailer, then 600,000 to buy. The Mansion has no research node, shop offer or barter recipe in the 0.7.0 data.
- Tier 2 opens 21 more base unlocks and Tier 3 opens 16, including the third Chemical Reactor and the Large Safe.
What decides your tier in ROB RUN?
The district your plot is in. Each Land Plot Title lets you rent a plot in a settlement of one district level, and its description says it grants access to new items. Those are the tier locks: the laptop and the research tree hold some unlocks back until you live in a level 2 or level 3 district. Your house doesn’t raise your tier. The Small House needs Tier 2 before you can even research it, so the plot always comes first.
Tier 1 is the bottom of the ladder: 58 of the 172 research unlocks need Tier 1 or no tier at all. Tier 2 holds back 61 more and Tier 3 holds back 53. That includes 14 weapons at Tier 2 and 18 at Tier 3, so moving up isn’t only about the house.
How much do the Land Plot Titles cost?
You research each title in the vendor tree, then buy it on the laptop. The research runs in order from level 1 to level 3, and the tier locks stop you from skipping a step. The level 3 title needs Tier 2 before you can research or buy it, so you have to live in a level 2 district first.
| Title | Research | Laptop price | Research needs | Running total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 Land Plot Title | 50,000 | 100,000 | No tier | 150,000 |
| Level 2 Land Plot Title | 200,000 | 800,000 | Tier 1 | 1,150,000 |
| Level 3 Land Plot Title | 1,000,000 | 2,000,000 | Tier 2 | 4,150,000 |
That’s 4,150,000 cash to research and buy all three. Rent goes to the settlement’s owner on top of that, and the game’s reference data doesn’t hold rent prices, so they aren’t in the total. The data also doesn’t say which of the ten districts are level 2 or level 3, so check the district before you spend 2,000,000 on a title. The shipment planner adds up any chain of unlocks for you, prerequisites included.
When can you move out of the Trailer?
At Tier 2. The Trailer is free to research and 10,000 cash on the laptop. The Small House comes after it: 200,000 to research and 600,000 to buy, and both steps need Tier 2. Moving from a trailer to a house means living in a level 2 district first.
| House | Research | Laptop price | Research needs | Base value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trailer | Free | 10,000 | Tier 1 | 10,000 |
| Small House | 200,000 | 600,000 | Tier 2 | 600,000 |
| Mansion | Not in the tree | No offer | None listed | 1,500,000 |
The Mansion is in the game’s item records with a base value of 1,500,000 cash, but the 0.7.0 data gives it no research node, no shop offer and no barter recipe. There’s no way to buy it in this version’s data, so for now the Small House is the top of the ladder.
What does each tier add to your base?
These counts cover the three branches of the vendor tree you build at home: Construction, Furnishings and Production. The laptop column is one of each unlock at its shop price, before player discounts.
| Tier | Base unlocks | Research | Laptop price, one of each |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 or none | 28 | 1,037,000 | 898,800 |
| Tier 2 | 21 | 1,790,000 | 2,874,700 |
| Tier 3 | 16 | 3,000,000 | 4,050,900 |
Tier 2 is where base security picks up: the Alarm System that warns your whole clan, the second Electronic Fuse, the Medium Safe and the Large Car Garage. Tier 3 finishes the production line with the third Chemical Reactor and Industrial Freezer, and adds the Large Safe, the Large Security Cabinet and the Concrete Fence.
Every base unlock behind Tier 2 or Tier 3
Each row needs its tier and the unlock in the last column before you can research it. Open any item for its resale value and where else it comes from.

Is a Settlement Title a shortcut?
No, it’s the expensive way up. A Settlement Title buys a whole settlement in a district of its level. The owner gets a plot there free, rents plots to other players and collects tax on their transactions. The tier locks still apply: the level 3 Settlement Title needs Tier 2, just like the level 3 Land Plot Title, and the three levels take 2,600,000 cash of research before you buy anything.
| Title | Research | Laptop price | Research needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 Settlement Title | 100,000 | 200,000 | No tier |
| Level 2 Settlement Title | 500,000 | 2,000,000 | Tier 1 |
| Level 3 Settlement Title | 2,000,000 | 6,000,000 | Tier 2 |
