How do you get a base or buy a settlement in ROB RUN?
Rent a land plot in a settlement someone owns, or buy a whole settlement with a Settlement Title. A plot gives you a base for your house and Laundering Desk, and owning the settlement lets you collect a tax whenever residents launder cash or trade on the Black Market.
Key takeaways
- A Land Plot Title rents land for your base, and its level has to match the level of the district.
- A Settlement Title buys an unclaimed settlement in a district of the matching level. The owner gets a free plot and collects taxes from residents.
- Kefir’s November 4 update says Tier 1 settlements and land rentals now cost documents instead of cash.
- Only players who rent a plot in a district can use that district’s Sales Center.
How to rent a plot
Find a settlement that has an owner and look for a rental sign. Open the map inside a settlement to see the other residents’ houses and the plots you can move to. Kefir’s Help Center says plots in level 2 and level 3 districts need special documents from the Black Market, and the November 4 update extended that to Tier 1 land.
Renting a new plot moves you there and transfers everything in your base. You no longer rent the old plot.
How to buy a settlement
Buy a Settlement Title, then find an unclaimed settlement on the global map in a district of the matching level and apply the document. The settlement opens for residents, you can reserve a plot for free, and you collect a tax whenever residents launder cash or deal on the Black Market. Kefir’s Power Pyramid post says no one can seize your settlement before the wipe.

Where the plots are
Our World map shows all ten districts and their 510 numbered plots, 51 per district. The Player plot map is the base layout plots open on, and the Sales Center map is each district’s headquarters. Settlements have no police, so dying there costs you your equipment and bag.

More questions
What’s the difference between a Land Plot Title and a Settlement Title?
A Land Plot Title rents you one plot in someone else’s settlement. A Settlement Title buys a whole unclaimed settlement, which gives you a free plot and the taxes its residents pay.
Can someone take your base in ROB RUN?
An Eviction Right can remove a player from their plot, and the evicting player keeps part of the assets. To use it, they have to hack every security system at your base first.
How many plots does each district have?
Each of the ten districts has 51 numbered plots, 510 in total. Browse them on our ROB RUN World map.
Can you move your base in ROB RUN?
Yes. Renting a new plot moves you and transfers your base contents, and Kefir’s Base Management post says you can relocate to group up with friends or get away from hostile neighbors.
